Grove Global Consult is a consulting and recruitment agency, providing strategic consulting services in the areas of the private business sector worldwide. We are seeking a skilled Sales Agent with English to join our client’s team.
Responsibilities: Assist clients with registration via phone, email, and chat Proactively engage with new client leads and convert them into active clients Collect information to identify client needs and recommend the most suitable products Clearly articulate the company's services to clients Provide necessary support and education to clients upon request Build and maintain customer relationships primarily through phone communication Demonstrate ambition in achieving both company and personal targets
Requirements: Proficiency in English – both verbal and written Previous sales experience in B2B, B2C, or a similar role is essential Must have a sales-driven and target-oriented personality Strong presentation and negotiation skills, along with a high standard of work ethics Proficiency in computer skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment
