Grove Global Consult is a global consulting and recruitment agency, offering strategic consulting services across the private business sector. We are currently seeking a Team Leader VAD for one of our fast-growing clients in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and develop the Value-Added Distribution (VAD) team in Bulgaria, focusing on strategic planning and optimizing resources Oversee a portfolio of products including Storages, Networking & Cyber Security, Servers, Power Solutions, Video Conferencing, and Dell EMC solutions Grow team competencies and drive performance to increase company revenue Translate company objectives into actionable strategies for the VAD team, ensuring alignment with business goals Foster team development through training and by staying ahead of industry trends, improving business acumen and communication skills Implement tools and processes to enhance team efficiency Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Drive customer sales projects involving the VAD team

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the IT industry, with strong people management skills 10+ years of experience in IT or Solutions Selling, with in-depth technical expertise in Storages, Networking & Cyber Security, Servers, Power Solutions, and Video Conferencing Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, with strong decision-making and multitasking capabilities A positive, proactive leader with a collaborative mindset and a problem-solving attitude Proficiency in English is essential
