Role Overview:

We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Email Marketing Automation Specialist to manage the scheduling and execution of email campaigns across multiple brands and audiences for one of our clients.

This is an execution-focused role, requiring precision, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and deploy email campaigns across multiple brands and audience segments
• Manage and maintain email automation workflows (triggers, sequences, targeting)
• Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and according to schedule
• Perform quality assurance (QA) checks to prevent errors before sending
• Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure accuracy of content, subject lines, and links
• Monitor campaign performance and flag any delivery or scheduling issues
• Work with CRM and automation tools to optimize processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Expertsender, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail – accuracy is critical
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Tech-savvy, comfortable working with automation tools and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
