For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state- of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – Senior B2B Administrative Services Specialist with German (standard shifts).

For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state- of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – Senior B2B Administrative Services Specialist with German (standard shifts).
Responsibilities:
- Handle contract tasks, including order processing and cancellations, via email communication;
- Ensure contract compliance and accuracy in line with internal policies;
- Collaborate with internal teams and B2B clients to resolve contract inquiries through email;
- Oversee invoicing and credit processes, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions;
- Assist in integrating new products into existing business processes;
- Provide administrative support, managing contract-related communications and documentation;
- Maintain organized records of contract communications and amendments.
Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in German (B2 level) and intermediate English skills;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or back-office operations;
- Experience in B2B environments is preferred;
- Skilled at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;
- Experience with CRM systems and call center software;
- Results-driven, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
*Standard working shifts, Monday-Friday;
