They are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals for the role of Pre-Sales Consultant with German for their office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenders (RFI, RFP, ITTs) and other procurement requests;
- Maintain and update the response repository to streamline future tender responses;
- Configure and deliver tailored system demonstrations for potential customers and partners;
- Support customers and partners during system trials and evaluations;
- Provide sales support to partners, enabling them to conduct their own sales activities;
- Gather and share insights on customer requirements and market trends;
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance internal efficiencies;
- Support the process of creating engaging online content (e.g., blog posts, social media post);
- Monitor procurement portals and identify relevant opportunities.
- Strong written and spoken German and English;
- Experience with software solutions and technical concepts;
- A hands-on and can-do approach with the ability to adapt and learn quickly;
- A strong client-oriented attitude with an interest in understanding the customer’s challenges;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines;
- Precision in documentation, response handling, and process execution;
- Enthusiasm for working with software products and staying up to date with industry trends.
