SSP Group's company, SSP Bulgaria, operates the largest number of catering units, a total of 5, at Sofia International Airport. To satisfy our discerning guests, we need not only our well-equipped facilities and first-class products, but above all, the contribution of our employees. We are looking for a Purchasing, Delivery & Administration Officer to support purchasing operations and administrative processes across our business. Yor daily responsibilities:
· Work closely with suppliers to secure the best deals on products, services, and materials that keep company running smoothly. · Collaborate with teams across the company to align procurement processes with ongoing projects. · Lead procurement projects, define strategies, and manage reporting on spend categories, contract compliance, and supplier performance. · Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts in partnership with our legal team and category managers. · Support the streamlining of procurement technologies, reporting needs, and strategic sourcing efforts. · Ensure transparency and compliance in all procurement activities across all levels of the company. Requirements:
· Experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, or inventory management · Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook) · Good organizational and multitasking skills · Excellent communication skills · Customer service mindset · Team-oriented attitude · Driving license What do we offer: · Professional career opportunity with an Airport International catering company · Be part of International Brand · Long-term, stable workplace · Competitive income · Additional Heath Insurance · Food Vaucher
