Recruitment and Employer Branding Expert (Maternity cover)
Your responsibilities: » You will manage job vacancies by organizing the full recruitment process - job profiling, ad posting, pro-active search, talent attraction, pre-selection, interviewing, etc. » Work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements for open positions and continuously enhance the hiring process to ensure the best candidate experience while maintaining efficiency » Handle an automated recruitment ERP system for maintaining candidates’ information and keeping clear track of the recruitment process » Keep ownership of hiring and onboarding of newcomers – support them in the process, collect and administer all documents needed, welcome them on board » Prepare recruiting metrics and regular HR reports and analysis » Be an effective ambassador of the company to all potential candidates and third parties » Contribute to the employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer
Your profile:
» University degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or relevant » Previous experience and enthusiasm in recruitment and/or employer branding would be considered an advantage » Proficiency in crafting content for various social media platforms and deep understanding of their dynamics » Fluency in English - both written and spoken » Professional MS Office skills » Excellent communication and presentation skill, strong organizational and time management skills » Team player who would love to join a small yet cohesive team sharing common values » Strong ethics and a positive personality pile up to your ideal job profile
