What you’ll do as a Content writer?
- Create knowledge base articles, training materials, and updates across all Xvantage™ pillars while maintaining consistency and high quality
- Develop content ideas and topics for help articles aligned with the main topic tree
- Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and relevant
- Maintain and update existing articles with necessary revisions
- Regularly update content based on release notes
- Collaborate with other creators, and teams on joint projects
- Publish and manage content across designated platforms and tools
What you’ll bring?
- Fluency in English (B2-C1)
- 1-3 years of functional experience on a content writer, content creation or a similar role is considered as an advantage
- University degree in Marketing or similar (an advantage)
- Experience with content creating tools (Zendesk and Kentico are a plus) as well as MS Office
- Ability to perform duties with accuracy and a strong degree of urgency;
- Ability to multi-task and respond to rapid change
