The Perfect Candidate:

• Must be open to working in a dynamic environment, adjusting to varying tasks and timelines based on the team's needs and project demands.
• Previous experience in transcription, data annotation, or content review is highly preferred, with a strong grasp of language accuracy and content categorization.
• Perfect fluency in the Bulgarian language with excellent written and spoken communication skills, and the ability to clearly understand various accents and speaking styles.
• Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accurate transcriptions with proper punctuation, grammar, and formatting.
• Comfortable working independently on repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality and focus.
• Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools and platforms for content processing and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen carefully to voice recordings and transcribe them accurately into written text, following project-specific guidelines.
• Ensure clarity, consistency, punctuation, and formatting in all transcription outputs.
• Review and verify transcription accuracy, making corrections as needed to meet quality standards.
• Categorize and tag transcribed content based on predefined criteria and context.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices, maintain workflow consistency, and contribute to overall process improvement.
• Utilize internal tools efficiently to manage and complete transcription tasks within expected timelines.
