BOX NOW is an innovative courier company entering the Bulgarian market, with a strong focus on customer convenience. We provide the freedom to collect parcels at your preferred time through our Automated Parcel Machines (APMs/Lockers), available 24/7.
We are looking for a Logistics Analyst who will help us optimize our operations, improve efficiency, and scale our network through data-driven decisions.

We are looking for a Logistics Analyst who will help us optimize our operations, improve efficiency, and scale our network through data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad-hoc analysis of data about logistics & lockers network;
- Create and maintain reports on operational performance;
- Monitor key logistics KPIs (cost, efficiency, delivery time, SLA);
- Design efficient courier routes using route optimization toolkit;
- Help to improve quality of lockers network using customer behavior data;
- Identify opportunities for process improvements across logistics;
- Daily communication with various stakeholders, including COO and CEO;
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of Excel;
- User knowledge of Power BI is a plus;
- Previous experience working with large data sets (millions of records);
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Proactive mindset and focus on improvement;
- Good organizational and prioritization skills;
- Expert level of English (C2);
