As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Transforming business data into business intelligence by developing analytical tools and conducting the analysis needed to monitor business performance
• Identifying insights and opportunities for optimization
• Providing data solutions related to business strategies
• Recognizing and adopting best practices and new tools and methodologies in data integrity, design, analysis, validation, and documentation
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, department heads, and executives as needed
• Build or manage the development of interactive data visualizations, reports, and ad-hoc analyses that help drive decision making for our teams

Basic Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data engineering, market research or related field
• Proficient in working with large-scale, complex datasets from multiple sources
• Advanced skills in Excel as well as any data visualization tools
• Experienced in advanced data management and data manipulation, with strong SQL programming background
