Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day invoicing, dunning and accounting work for one or more of our group companies, especially:
- Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Post entries related to bank statements, accruals, AP, payroll & other general ledger topics beside AR.
- Manage accounts payable.
- Preparation and management of vendor payments.
- Vendor communication.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Perform tax reporting (VAT & others).
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.
- Perform audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Contract administration.
- Maintain and update financial databases and software.
- Working with ERP and CRM.
Requirements We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economic.
- Previous experience working in accounting.
- Very good written and spoken English, German is a plus.
- Knowledge of using ERP business software, ideally Microsoft Dynamics for Finance.
- Working experience with Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to work in a team and to show personal initiative.
- Ability to work independently and enjoy project work.
- Structured and result-oriented way of working.
- Initiative and reliable person.
