For one of our clients – а technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer service and business performance for world-renowned brands, we are looking for – Digital Content Reviewer with German and English (Hybrid).

For one of our clients – а technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer service and business performance for world-renowned brands, we are looking for – Digital Content Reviewer with German and English (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve advertiser campaigns to ensure they are ready to go live;
- Keep content safe, compliant, and top-notch in quality;
- Spot and flag inappropriate text, images, videos, and audio quickly;
- Respond to inquiries efficiently via email and ticketing systems;
- Collaborate with a dynamic team while managing tasks independently.
Requirements:
- Excellent German skills and strong command of English;
- Passion for pop culture and an active presence on social media;
- Sharp eye for detail and quick, confident decision-making;
- Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities;
- Comfortable with MS Office and Google Drive; experience with Salesforce or live chat is a plus.
