Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and lead the overall growth strategy, focusing on user acquisition, conversion, and retention to maximize lifetime value.
- Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, CRM, Automation, Influencers, Referral Programs, etc.) to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities, including emerging marketing channels, automation, and product-led growth initiatives.
- Leverage influencer marketing, social-based acquisition, and referral programs as key drivers of community-driven growth and user engagement.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making, continuously analyzing marketing performance and adjusting strategies for efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee and lead the Growth division, managing teams across Acquisition, SEO, Affiliation, Automation, and Influencer Marketing.
- Develop and mentor team leads and specialists, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and delivering strong results.
- Scale the team as needed, identifying hiring needs and structuring the team for long-term growth.
- Own the growth marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across channels to maximize performance and ROI.
- Monitor key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.), implementing optimization strategies to improve efficiency.
- Work with finance and leadership to ensure financial accountability and forecast growth investments.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Data, and Business Teams to align growth efforts with company-wide goals.
- Work closely with executive leadership (CMO, VPs, and other Heads) to shape business strategy and ensure marketing efforts drive real business impact.
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and marketing initiatives, providing strategic oversight while enabling operational efficiency.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments
- Leverage insights to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in senior digital marketing, growth, or user acquisition roles, with leadership experience.
- Proven track record in driving large-scale user acquisition and retention campaigns, ideally in fintech, trading, gaming, or a related industry.
- Strong expertise in PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Influencer Marketing, Referral Programs, and Marketing Automation, with hands-on experience in campaign execution and optimization.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and make strategic decisions.
- Experience managing large marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong return on investment.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading high-performance teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, able to work cross-functionally with business leaders and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience handling crisis situations and developing contingency plans.
- Fluency in English (advanced level required).
