We are looking for a B2B Sales Operations Specialist to support our Commercial team with administrative and operational tasks. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with ERP/CRM systems, we’d love to hear from you!

We are looking for a B2B Sales Operations Specialist to support our Commercial team with administrative and operational tasks. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with ERP/CRM systems, we’d love to hear from you!
Position related tasks:
- Efficiently process customer orders from start to finish, preparing all necessary documents and coordinating communication within the sales department to ensure smooth operations;
- Monitor and update order statuses throughout all production and delivery stages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers. Work closely with production and logistics teams to address any potential delays or issues;
- Maintain and update the CRM/ERP systems (such as Zeron, HubSpot) with accurate data regarding orders, client interactions, and any changes in product or delivery timelines, ensuring the system is always up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams;
- Provide vital administrative support to the sales team by preparing contracts, offers, presentations, and reports.
- Act as the liaison between various departments, including logistics, finance, and design teams. Coordinate with these teams to ensure that all aspects of an order are fulfilled according to client specifications, with special attention to deadlines, budget, and quality;
- Work proactively to identify and address any issues related to order fulfillment or customer satisfaction.
- Assist in streamlining processes within the department to increase efficiency and reduce errors;
Position Requirements:
- University degree;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, sales support, or document processing. Prior experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is a plus;
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and maintain a high level of organization;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with various teams and clients. Fluency in both Bulgarian and English is essential (German language skills are a plus).
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems, such as Zeron, HubSpot, or similar platforms, is highly valued. Comfort with using technology to manage orders, track data, and communicate across departments;
- A keen eye for detail to ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company standards;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- A proactive approach to identifying issues and finding solutions quickly, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while maintaining a high level of independence and responsibility for your tasks;
