JUNIOR LEGAL ADVISOR

JUNIOR LEGAL ADVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the companies within VM Finance Group adhere to the regulatory norms and legislation.
- Analyze and mitigate liability risks, and take ownership of delegated areas.
- Draft binding contracts for trade deals, terminations, and annexes for changes;
- Assist in the success and expansion of VM Finance Group and take part in trade and commercial deals negotiations, whilst guarding the legal compliance of the group’s entities.
- Provide expert legal advice and in variety of areas, such as commercial law, competition and bond law, public procurement, property law, labor law, etc.
- Act as legal representative on behalf of VM Finance Group for Governmental institutions and administration.
- Keep and up-to-date archive of relevant documentation;
- Diploma of Higher Education of Law and acquired right to practice it.
- Previous experience is considered an advantage.
- Computer literacy – MS Office package.
- Very good communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, flexibility and initiative.
- Very good level of English, both verbal and written.
- Career development in a large organization with companies from various business sectors.
