Responsibilities:

• Create customized ad solutions that help clients achieve their goals;
• Grow revenue by managing and expanding a portfolio of SMB advertisers;
• Suggest optimizations and upsell products to boost campaign performance;
• Connect with clients proactively via phone and email, providing expert guidance;
• Build strong, long-term relationships to maximize client success;
• Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising and platform innovations.

Qualifications:

• Proven B2B sales experience, especially in outbound or consultative roles;
• Excellent communicator focused on achieving results and driving client success;
• Skilled at identifying growth opportunities and overcoming challenges;
• Fluent in Romanian with strong English skills;
• Results-driven, KPI-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment;
• Quick learner, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
