On their behalf, we are looking for multiple Game Support Representatives with Turkish, English or Bulgarian only to join their dynamic team. Representing and maintaining the company brand by consistently adhering to the company branding and grooming policy; Demonstrating all games in the required professional manner, showcasing exceptional; presenting skills at all times in line with the company performance expectations; Display the art of engaging the players and immerse them in the Live dealer experience; Maintain a professional level of technical proficiency in all games; Strictly and precisely complying with the company brand guidelines; Carrying out all gaming operations in line with the current legislation and to the required company standards of efficiency, security and customer satisfaction; Active player in the company improvement and future growth plans. Requirements:

Exceptional presenting skills; An enthusiastic and positive attitude accompanied by outgoing personality; Ability to maintain high energy levels for the duration of the games (that require more animated performance); Flexibility of working hours and the ability to commit to 24/7 shifts; Good time management skills; Attention to details and excellent people skills are essential; Prompt decision making; Fluency in Turkish, English or Bulgarian is a must; Accurate, disciplined, balanced and showing advanced composure under pressure.
