We are currently looking for a Solutions Consultant with English for one of our international clients.
Key Responsibilities
As a Solutions Consultant, you will:
Review user-generated back-office information and ensure compliance with established policies and guidelines Analyze sensitive or potentially disturbing content with professionalism and accuracy Take timely and appropriate action on content that violates internal standards or poses potential risks Stay up to date with company policies and procedures to ensure consistent decision-making Identify trends, patterns, and suspicious behavior to proactively mitigate risks Provide clear and logical reasoning when making decisions and documenting cases
Requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to work with sensitive information in a professional manner Excellent judgment and decision-making skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in fraud investigation, spam detection, content moderation, risk analysis, or similar areas will be considered an advantage
