For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Sports Technology Support Specialist with Danish or Dutch or Norwegian.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers by phone and email with questions about smart sports devices;
• Help with orders, deliveries, and product information;
• Guide users through features of smartwatches and fitness bands;
• Solve technical issues and provide clear solutions;
• Keep records of customer interactions accurately;
• Create a positive experience and represent the brand with enthusiasm.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Danish, Dutch, or Norwegian (C1) and good command of English (B2);
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not a must;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Passion for sports, fitness, or a healthy lifestyle is an advantage;
• Comfortable using new technologies and devices;
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
