For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Senior E-commerce Support Specialist with French or Spanish.

For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Senior E-commerce Support Specialist with French or Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to expert for customers, assisting them via phone, email, chat, and other channels;
- Provide fast, accurate, and helpful responses to product and equipment questions;
- Troubleshoot equipment issues using manuals, databases, and other resources to find solutions;
- Ensure every customer interaction follows company guidelines while delivering a top-notch experience;
- Show empathy, active listening, and a positive attitude to make every customer feel valued;
- Keep detailed records of customer inquiries and solutions, helping the team stay informed.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in French or Spanish and English, both spoken and written;
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, customer support, or a similar role;
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and provide effective solutions;
- Excellent communicator with active listening skills and a customer-first mindset;
- Comfortable using computers, ticketing systems, and other support tools;
- Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while staying motivated.
