What We’re Looking For: We are in search of an experienced Sales Manager with a strong corporate sales background, preferably within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder who thrives in a results-oriented environment and is excited to represent our hotel both locally and abroad.
Your Mission: As our Sales Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining long-term partnerships and identifying new sales opportunities, ensuring revenue growth and maximum market penetration. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring all departments are aligned in delivering an exceptional Hyatt experience.

What We’re Looking For: We are in search of an experienced Sales Manager with a strong corporate sales background, preferably within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder who thrives in a results-oriented environment and is excited to represent our hotel both locally and abroad.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role within a 4 or 5-star hotel, with a focus on corporate accounts
- Proficiency in English – both written and spoken – is essential
- Knowledge of Opera PMS and Lanyon is a strong advantage
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain and grow existing client relationships, while actively seeking new business opportunities
- Strong drive to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Willingness and availability to travel for business trips, trade shows, and client meetings to showcase Hyatt Regency Sofia
- Ability to work closely and collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of client needs, expectations, and overall experience
