AI Platform Support Specialist with German language

Main requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience in a Technical support role;
• Strong interest in Artificial intelligence (AI) and eagerness to work on AI-based projects;
• Previous professional background in a software support position;
• Familiar with SaaS and experience in working with ticketing systems;
• Excellent level of GERMAN language - B2 or higher;
• Very good level of English - B1+/B2;
• Ability to work on shifts.
