For their newly formed team in the city of Varna, we are supporting them to recruit a motivated and ready-to-grow professional to join as:

Junior Marketplace Onboarding Specialist

In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience by participating in the following processes and tasks:

• Providing technical guidance to the new partners with the setup of their accounts in the e-commerce platform;
• Technical end-to-end process monitoring;
• Support during and after the onboarding process;
• Support tech-related projects and onboarding process improvement.

Required skills, knowledge, and experience:

• Previous experience as a Technical or Customer Support specialist;
• Knowledge of fashion e-commerce platforms and environments;
• Excellent command of ENGLISH and GERMAN - B2 or higher level;
• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) - Economic or technical-oriented specialty;
• Experience with technical and commercial integration with marketplaces is considered an advantage, but it isn’t mandatory.
