Join our young and fast-growing team as Social Media & Content Creation Digital Marketing Specialist, based in Varnа

What you'll do:

• Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote mobility services to a global audience, drive online traffic
• Conducting market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape Coordinating, managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation
• Creating extensive social media posting plans and strategies
• Growing a community
• Creating and planning content creation on-sight
• Monitoring campaign performance metrics to provide insights and optimize marketing efforts
• Reading data and analyzing what works and what doesn’t, and working on areas of improvement that support the business goal
• Contacting and communicating with partners
• Working on collaborations with other businesses and influencers
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content
• Supporting the marketing team in day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Overseeing paid-media campaigns
• Delivering monthly reports and working towards KPIs improvement

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

• Fluency in English. The majority of our work and knowledge is in English Solid communication skills.
• Crisp communication is crucial – both within the teams and when liaising with partners, vendors, prospects, and clients. You will be coached through the process but a baseline of business etiquette is required
• Fast decision-making and proactiveness
• Punctuality. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount
• Digital literacy. This job is suitable for people with marketing experience and knowledge in content marketing, social media, marketing strategy and planning, campaign execution
• Office presence. The job includes on-site syncs and day-to-day coordination of priorities. Joining the Marketing team at conferences or meetups
