Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with strong Copywriting skills to join our Content & Design team. This role plays a key part in shaping our brand’s visual and written identity across e-commerce platforms and social media. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, an eye for aesthetics and an ability to create compelling content that enhances customer engagement and strengthens our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Branding

Design product labels, packaging and marketing materials for both digital and print use to ensure a consistent and professional brand presentation Create high-quality graphics for website assets and social media Maintain and develop the brand’s visual identity across all platforms Stay up to date with e-commerce design trends and digital marketing best practices

Amazon A+ Content & E-commerce Optimisation

Design and develop Amazon A+ Content for our product listings (Amazon A+ Content allows brands to create enhanced product pages with high-quality images, infographics, lifestyle images, videos and enhanced product descriptions to showcase product features and benefits. This helps improve the shopping experience, build brand trust and increase conversions.) Optimise product pages across various devices, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience to maximise visibility and sales Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, strengths and opportunities, creating competitive product listings that stand out in the marketplace

Collaboration & Project Management

Work closely with our Content & Design Team Lead and our Senior Graphic Designer to develop visual and written creative assets that align with the brand's identity and business objectives Effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery while upholding high creative and quality standards. Ensure all designs and written content align with brand guidelines, adhere to industry best practices and reflect emerging trends

Requirements & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in graphic design software and creative tools is a must (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) Photography and/or video editing skills are a plus (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or other video tools) Experience with AI-powered tools for design and content creation is a plus (e.g., Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, DALL·E, Canva’s AI features, ChatGPT, etc.)

Experience & Background:

2+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation or a similar role Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus, but not required Proficiency in English is a must; other languages are a plus

Soft Skills:

Creativity, a strong sense of aesthetics and a sharp eye for detail Strong self-discipline, time management and organisational skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment
