We seek an experienced Cloud Security Engineer or DevSecOps Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud security, automation, and infrastructure protection and proven expertise in implementing security automation pipelines, managing IAM access, and ensuring cloud security compliance. You will work with cutting-edge technologies to safeguard our cloud environments and contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage security tools like Qualys, CrowdStrike Falcon, and AWS CloudTrail to enhance the security of cloud environments.
• Monitor and maintain AWS environments, ensuring compliance and performance security requirements are met.
• Develop, implement, and manage security automation pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, and CI/CD to streamline security processes.
• Automate testing processes using Python and manage DevSecOps vulnerability pipelines.
• Design and implement disaster recovery plans, focusing on scalability, elasticity, high availability, and resilient environments to ensure continuity and security.
• Manage IAM access and enforce tagging policies to ensure proper security governance and best practices.
• Implement encryption for volumes and secure sensitive data across cloud infrastructures.
• Work closely with multinational, distributed teams to enhance cloud security processes.
• Regularly report on cloud security posture and any ongoing vulnerabilities or issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven Experience in Cloud Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or related fields, with hands-on experience managing AWS cloud security.
• Strong proficiency in cloud security tools such as Qualys, CrowdStrike, and AWS CloudTrail.
• Experience with security automation and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, and Docker.
• Knowledge of IAM management and security best practices for cloud-based environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, Groovy, and Go.
• Familiarity with SAST/DAST tools and application/web security methodologies.
• Experience with containerization and microservices in Kubernetes and Docker environments.
• Working knowledge of databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery and creating resilient cloud infrastructures.
• Ability to integrate security practices into every stage of the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications are a plus: AWS Security Specialist, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Microsoft Certification: Security, Compliance, and Identity, Oracle Infrastructure Security 2021
• Experience working with multinational teams in an Agile environment.
