The Opportunity Local Grid Components production line is seeking for proactive and organized person who can step into high-impact role. Demand planning expert will focus on optimized production flow, alignment of demand and supply. We appreciate expertise in planning and process coordination that will keep production on track, materials in flow, and innovation moving forward.

How you’ll make an impact:
- Consolidates and analyzes customer requirements to create accurate demand forecasts;
- Ensures the correct application of the production plan across work centers and production lines;
- Schedules production, processing, assembly, and packaging activities by coordinating human resources, tools, and equipment;
- Works independently with general supervision, applying advanced job knowledge and practical experience;
- Resolves complex problems within the job area;
- Influences and collaborates with internal teams by explaining facts, policies, and best practices to ensure operational excellence;
- Monitors and control Top critical materials in stock, ensuring optimal inventory levels by applying strategy and plan, as providing frequent actions to operational purchasing about just-in-time deliveries suggestions;
- Continuously improves planning and exception management processes through structured feedback and innovative ideas;
- Identify production planning exceptions and work closely with team to reduce them to minimum.
Your background:
- Bachelor's degree in business related field, engineering or manufacturing processes;
- Еxperience in planning and scheduling in a production organization;
- Experience with SAP and good Microsoft Excel skills are an advantage;
- Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills; Well organized and self-driven;
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and DMAIC methodology is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of English language – written and spoken.
