About the position and the person we are looking for: The Solution Engineer works on Microsoft cloud technologies, from Azure services to Office 365, to help customers adopt Microsoft Online services and solve problems with cloud services. They demonstrate and lead customer obsession with designing, implementing Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for developing and managing Microsoft 365, Hybrid and Azure cloud architectures, ensuring compliance with business requirements and best practices. You will also collaborate with other IT professionals to deliver high-quality Azure cloud services and support.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions following Microsoft best practices;
• Define and implement cloud governance, security, and compliance policies and standards;
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other Microsoft engineers and developers;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and incidents related to Hybrid Identity, Microsoft 365 and Azure;
• Provides consultancy across Microsoft cloud technologies, from Azure services to Office 365;
• Perform health checks and deploy Microsoft services and solutions;
• Stay up to date on emerging cloud trends, technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field;
• Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 or Azure Cloud Engineer or similar role;
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and Azure computing concepts, architectures, and services;
• In-depth knowledge of hybrid networking concepts;
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams;
• Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure DevOps, Azure Resource Manager, Azure Active Directory, Scripting, etc;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills;
• Certification in Microsoft Azure (Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert is preferred) or Microsoft 365;
• Bulgarian and English: fluent.

Advantages:

• Hands on experience with Microsoft on-premises solutions such as Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Client Deployment and management or Device management;
• Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud;
• Experience with Azure development tools, languages, and frameworks such as DevOps, CI/CD, Python, Java, .NET, etc;
• Experience with containerization (Kubernetes or Openshift);
