The Perfect Candidate:

Must be open to working in a 24/7 environment, adjusting to varying shifts based on the team's needs and project demands.

Relevant Experience:

• Previous experience in Identity Verification or KYC Verification is preferred, with a solid understanding of fraud detection techniques and regulatory compliance.

Language Proficiency:

• Strong English reading and writing skills, with the ability to comprehend and accurately assess identity-related documentation in English.

Attention to Detail:

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring the integrity and authenticity of the verification process.

Adaptability and Flexibility:

• Comfortable working in dynamic, high-pressure environments with varying shift schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Identity Document Verification:

• Thoroughly examine identity proof documents to determine their authenticity, following established standard operating procedures.
• Extract and validate key data points from identity documents, comparing them against provided information to assess accuracy.

Fraud Assessment / KYC Verification:

• Compare live images with the corresponding identity document's photo to perform fraud assessment and KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Collaboration and Insights:

• Work closely with the team to discuss ongoing challenges and share insights on improving verification processes, techniques, and overall efficiency.
