Quality Management Systems (QMS) Specialist /Maternity Cover

Responsibilities: QMS maintaining, deployment and continuous improvement through the plant; QMS data base maintaining; Assures integrity between local and corporate QMS; Auditing of QMS; Participates in interpreting policies, external and internal regulations, and compliance assurance. Oversees the processes and procedures ensuring compliance with policies and the performance and quality conformance of services, established by internal and external standards and guidelines; Maintains the necessary communication of the QMS and provides training on the QMS documentation to employees, making sure proper and efficient deployment of the rules. Leads audits preparation and liaises with auditors through all stages of the audits; Audits` findings follow up and leads the solving activities; Prepares reports, the necessary documentation and performs the communication; Inspects the documentation through the plant and defines relation to the QMS;

Requirements: Engineering Degree or technical background; At least 2 years of experience in a production environment; Computer literacy - MS Office - Excel and Power Point; Flexibility regarding the working shifts (early, day and late shift) Good command of English language; Self-disciplined and able to carry out detailed work with minimum supervision; Excellent and proven communication skills and ability to establish strong relationships within and outside the company based on trust, confidentiality, and integrity. Proactive problem solver; A dynamic performer; Quick learners, proactive, ready to work on their own and in a team; Ability to work under pressure; Knowledge on quality management systems - ISO 9001, EN 9100; Knowledge of quality tools for problem solving (A3 report/8D report, Ishikawa); Internal auditor qualification – considered as an advantage; FAI (First Article Inspection) experience considered as an advantage; Knowledge of French language will be considered an advantage.
