Hec Solar offers key energy solutions to its clients who wish to invest in or to develop, solar installations on vast land plots or rooftops. We provide full support to investors – from project development to implementation.

HSE Coordinator with German - on site

HSE Coordinator with German - on site

Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation of HSE policies and procedures on-site;
- Conduct HSE inductions, trainings, and internal inspections;
- Coordinate high-risk activities and supervise work processes and PPE compliance;
- Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure equipment compliance;
- Support incident investigations and maintain safety documentation;
- Promote Life Saving Rules and ensure proper reporting as per company standards;
- Coordinate with other companies operating on-site;
- Prepare and track HSE KPIs for operational activities.
Requirements:
- Ready to travel frequently and work.
- Willingness to work in an outdoor construction environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Good command of German (written and spoken);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
