You Are The Creator:

· Ensure successful execution and optimization of key brand awareness metrics, playing a pivotal role in elevating the Nexo brand through strategic decisions regarding brand identity and market positioning. · Lead the implementation of brand strategy across all marketing collateral, ensuring a cohesive and powerful brand presence across different media platforms. · Elevate the Nexo brand in culture through relevant initiatives such as content partnerships, influencer programs, and brand activations, directly contributing to the brand's cultural relevance and consumer engagement. · Assist in the development and briefing of internal teams (i.e., Product, Demand Generation, Direct, Content, etc.), facilitating a seamless integration of brand strategy with company-wide marketing efforts. · Manage and automate brand marketing reports, providing insightful analytics that guide strategic decisions and optimize brand performance. · Actively participate in planning and execution, including go-to-market strategies and managing the brand marketing budget, ensuring that financial and strategic resources are allocated efficiently.

What Makes You Stand Out:

· 3+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, with a proven track record in Brand Building & Strategy and a supportive role in making strategic brand decisions. · Strong communication skills, including fluent spoken and written English, and the ability to craft compelling narratives across different channels. · A master storyteller with experience in quantifying brand marketing impact & brand awareness and a deep understanding of digital marketing for global and local markets. · Demonstrated ability to anticipate consumer trends and communicate actionable insights with the team, driving forward-looking strategies. · Good knowledge of the crypto market, with a keen ability to adapt and innovate within this dynamic field. · Committed to personal growth, with a mindset geared towards continuous self-improvement, efficiency, and adaptability in brand marketing strategies. · Actively supports talent attraction, playing a key role in enhancing Nexo's employer branding and attracting top talent to the organization, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
