Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously improve operational processes and projects.
• Lead, develop, and support multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and motivating work culture.
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to streamline workflows and enhance patient experiences.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with senior management to support strategic initiatives and growth projects.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English – B2/C1 (Upper Intermediate/Advanced)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Experience with reporting tools, CRM systems, or performance tracking
• Previous experience in operations, business coordination, or performance roles is an advantage
