SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in English (B1/B2 level), both written and spoken
• Strong leadership and management capabilities
• Advanced time management and organizational skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion
• Experience in a similar operational or administrative role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead daily operations and ensure effective collaboration across teams
• Own planning and prioritization, aligning activities with business goals
• Drive accountability and performance within teams
• Oversee operational projects, track progress, and remove blockers
• Ensure clear communication of company goals and standards
• Handle sensitive and high-priority matters with discretion
