Marketing, Digital Channels, and Communications Manager

In this position, you will drive the global marketing strategy for the transformer business, focusing on market share growth, brand positioning, and revenue enhancement. You will lead brand-building initiatives, oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective local execution. Additionally, the role involves managing the marketing budget, developing sales enablement tools, and mentoring a global team to foster innovation and alignment with business objectives.

Key requirements for the role:

• 7+ years of experience in a marketing and communication management position, including at least 2 years in a leadership role;
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
• Proven success in managing and expanding a product portfolio;
• Expertise in marketing strategies and campaign management;
• Exceptional leadership and project management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams;
• Experience in crisis PR and excellent response to critical situations;
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills;
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and automation platforms;
• Fluency in English is required.
