Job Responsibility
- Collaborating with other departments and business units provide financial insights and support decision-making processes across the organization
- Communicating financial results, insights, and recommendations to the executive team and other stakeholders
- Conducting detailed financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance identify trends, and provide info to support decision-making
- Preparing regular financial reports to provide management with a clear understanding of the company's financial performance
- Costing industrially manufactured products as well as deviation analyses on production orders
- Working with production and logistics departments and local management to present and analyze production related KPIs
- Implement measures to improve relevant KPIs and processes in collaboration with business areas.
- Core functions in different Controlling areas
- Project Member for various projects linking different functions
- Information, planning, control and monitoring in the budget phase between the different departments & international locations
Qualification and skills
- Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Data analysis and visualization tools
- Business performance measurement and KPIs
- Knowledge of industry-specific financial metrics and benchmarks
- Financial systems implementation and optimization
- Cost management and control
- Fluent English
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
