Software Integration Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
Onboard, test and support API integrations for payment solutions, ensuring seamless and secure communication between systems.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer support, to understand integration requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
Lead the end-to-end integration process, from gathering client requirements to troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure the integrity and reliability of integrations.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the integration lifecycle.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies related to payment solutions and API integrations.
Contribute to the improvement of internal integration processes and best practices.
You will fit best if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience with API implementations or documentation
Proficiency in APIs, integration protocols, and data formats (e.g., REST, JSON, XML).
Experience with API documentation tools and standards, such as Swagger or Open API.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
