We are recruitment agency EmpoWEr Bulgaria. For our client – large international company, we are looking for a Financial Controller with opportunity for relocation.
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

- Fact based challenger
- Business cases for investments, new service, functional change
- Other country specific business cases (on pricing, advanced analysis, what if)
- Ensure solid follow-up mechanism (OKRs)
- Competitor Benchmarking
- Action planning and including to next FCT
- In-debth budget action planning (sparring partner of mnt)
- Active advisory on monthly management meetings on actions, projects, improvements
- BSO support for other functions and KPIs review wiht management (before BSO)
- BSO actions proposals (after BSO), planning and implementation support
- LMM deep analysis of gaps and actions reflections and influence assessment in forecasting
- 6m-1 year after PA review vs. current situation, actions recommendations
- Pricing actions planning and support (ex. price increases)
- Participation in negotiations with customers incl service and pricing topics
- Fact based selling point of contact for sales
- Training country organization on prcing issues
