Legal Advisor (maternity leave cover), Corporate Affairs Department, Corporate Governance and Contracts Team with Legal Directorate.

We offer you job in a dynamic and positive team, whose main activity is related to the preparation and coordination of documents related to the corporate governance of the Bank and the contracts concluded by it for the supply of goods and services.

Your job will include:

• Legal assistance in connection with the preparation of documents for convening and conducting General Meetings and meetings of the management and supervisory bodies, including mandatory councils and committees of the Bank, assistance in implementing the decisions of the General Meeting of Shareholders, of the management and supervisory bodies, including in connection with the legal status of the Bank as a legal entity and credit institution and their approval by the BNB/ECB and registration/announcement in the Commercial Register and RNPLE;
• Legal and factual assistance to ensure the issuance and updating of the necessary permits, licenses and approvals from regulatory authorities for the activities and for the members of the bodies; formation and changes in the composition of the Bank's bodies and for the adoption and amendment of the constituent documents;
• Preparation of internal acts regulating legal work and coordination of other internal acts;
• Legal assistance in the acquisition, disposition, rental and leasing of property, as well as in connection with the performance of design, construction and repair activities;
• Legal assistance in connection with transactions concluded by the bank in its capacity as a merchant, such as contracts for the supply of goods and services, marketing, advertising, software licensing and hardware and software maintenance, etc.

• Very good command of English;
