For their BRAND NEW team in Bulgaria, we are looking to recruit a junior and motivated Professional to take the position of:
JUNIOR EDI SUPPLIER ONBOARDING & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Main responsibilities:
In this role, you will assist in onboarding new suppliers to the company's EDI/Supplier portal by providing clear guidance on procedures, training materials, and working with internal teams and external partners. You will handle supplier communication, respond to inquiries, and keep contact data accurate. The role involves assisting with go-live testing, recording results, and supporting error analysis. You will also help improve processes and participate in internal meetings to refine onboarding workflows.
Main requirements:
- Higher education in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, or a similar area;
- Experience in onboarding projects or supplier integration activities;
- Familiarity and /or basic experience with supply chain operations or electronic data exchange (EDI) concepts;
- Solid skills in Microsoft Excel. Previous exposure to ERP software (pref. SAP) and JIRA will be a plus;
- Very good command of English (B2 - C1 level);
- Knowledge of German (B1 level);
- Very organized person who can prioritize effectively and handle multiple responsibilities independently;
- Strong communication style with a helpful, customer-focused attitude;
- Eagerness to learn, explore, and understand technical systems and integration processes.
