For one of our clients – customer experienced technology company providing outsourced sales, support, and business process solutions to large corporations, we are looking for a Voice Communication Agent with German (HYBRID).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality voice support to customers, assisting with inquiries related to mobile

services, billing, and technical issues;

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues via phone, ensuring prompt and efficient solutions;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to offer

accurate information to customers;

• Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company guidelines and performance metrics;
• Document customer interactions and feedback in system for future reference and quality assurance.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German (B2-C1 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the telecommunications or mobile

services industry;

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service quality;
• Familiarity with mobile operator services, products, and billing systems is an advantage;
