Responsibilities:

• Work in dynamic, agile teams and help shape our digital vision through innovative products
• Develop test scenarios and test plans perfectly aligned with product requirements
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders
• Support the development team in defining acceptance criteria for user stories and their approval
• Conduct explorative and manual testing throughout the development process of new product features
• Evaluate and transparently communicate test results, progress, and product quality within the development team
• Introduce and optimize automated testing

Competencies:

• Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or equivalent training with relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of agile software development methods (SCRUM, Kanban)
• Knowledge of various testing methods
• Experience with explorative testing during development and implementing automated regression tests will be considered as advantage
• Initial experience with test frameworks like Selenium, as well as desirable knowledge of Postman, Python, Java, and Bash/Shell scripting
• Basic understanding of Bluetooth Low Energy or Wi-Fi protocols in IoT environments would be an advantage
• Ability to define requirements for application and hardware logs and analyze them
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge in German language is a plus
• Excellent teamwork skills, ability to communicate effectively and assertively, and an independent working style are required
