Your Role: As a Meta Paid Ads Specialist, you’ll play a key role in scaling our digital presence and lead generation across Facebook and Instagram. You will work closely with our external paid media agency and internal marketing teams to design, optimize, and analyze campaigns that convert.
Your main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the external paid media agency to plan, build, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
- Manage budgets, audiences, and creatives to maximize ROI and reduce CPA, CPL, and CPB.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and other analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
- Develop and test different ad creatives, messaging, and funnels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and Meta’s policies.
- Partner with design, content, and analytics teams for high-performing campaign execution and accurate tracking.
- Conduct competitive and audience research using Facebook Ad Library and Meta Audience Insights.
- Present results, insights, and ideas for continuous improvement to the marketing team.
- Support automation, reporting, and process optimization related to the digital lead journey.
