The Role: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven PPC Specialist to join our client's digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of driving qualified leads. You’ll be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing PPC campaigns for small to mid-sized local service businesses in the US. You’ll collaborate closely with the US-based Digital Marketing Department and the PPC team in Bulgaria to ensure smooth communication and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads, including conversion tracking, account structure, ad copy, and keyword selection.
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, remarketing, and foot traffic.
• Ensure proper conversion tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Write high-converting ad copy tailored to specific campaign goals.
• Provide detailed performance reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) and suggest improvements.
• Conduct regular campaign optimizations and troubleshoot any issues.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Excellent copywriting skills, especially for ad headlines and descriptions.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising best practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients when necessary.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Reliable internet access for remote work.
