Main tasks:
- Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers on different matters
- Continuous improvement of the quality and added value of the provided HR services
- Support payroll processes and administration of employee records
- Administer employee benefits and collaborate with benefit providers for effective program communication.
- Implementation of HR initiatives within the organization
- Coordinate the entire selection process for administrative, engineering positions and operators in production
- Responsible for onboarding process and monitors the implementation of the program
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to legal and company standards
The profile:
- University degree.
- Experience in HR administration or payroll (experience in an international environment is a plus).
- Understanding of HR lifecycle processes and desire to develop as an HR Business Partner.
- Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative team player committed to continuous improvement and lifelong learning.
- Good understanding of local labor legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
