As Dynamics 365 Technical Expert you will be responsible for the technical implementation and support of Dynamics 365 solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications, including creating custom entities, workflows, and plugins.
• Develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems / ISV using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries and issues related to Dynamics 365.
• Propose and implement IT continuous improvement for Dynamics 365 such as task automation.

The Profile We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and customization.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Customer Service oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
• Multinational experience.

Additional Experience and Skills Considered a Plus:

• Experience with data migration and integration tools.
• MS Power Platform capabilities.
• Azure cloud services experience.
