We need a visionary, a deal-maker, and a game-changer! To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or food-related industries
- A strategic mindset, with a strong track record of scaling global sales operations
- Exceptional negotiation and deal-making skills, with experience closing high-value contracts
- Data-driven decision-making abilities, skilled in market analysis, forecasting, and pricing strategy
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, capable of managing a multicultural sales force
- Fluency in English (verbal & written)—additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
