Requirements:
- Higher economic or technical education – bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Professional experience in the procurement of assets and services, trade or logistics is an advantage
- Knowledge of the market and the procurement processes
- Good computer literacy – MS Word, MS Excel, SharePoint
- Fluent use of the English language – writing and speaking
- Good communication and negotiation skills, business ethics and loyalty
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team, under pressure and to meet deadlines, analytical thinking and initiative
Main responsibilities:
- Organizes and conduct procurement procedures for assets and services within the regulatory and internal requirements
- Coordinates the preparation, alignment and signing of procurement contracts
- Leads negotiations on behalf of DZI for supplies and improving the terms of contracts with external contractors
- Analyses the processes for procurement of assets and services and manages cost-effective optimizations
