For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Team Manager with Serbian and English.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of call center agents, ensuring smooth daily operations and

compliance with company policies and legal standards;

• Deliver ongoing coaching and constructive feedback to help team members achieve and

surpass their targets;

• Address performance challenges, develop improvement strategies, and take necessary

corrective measures;

• Maintain high service standards in line with KPIs and financial objectives;
• Handle complex customer cases and act as a subject matter expert when needed;
• Coordinate team meetings and activities to enhance communication, collaboration, and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is advantageous;
• Strong command of Serbian and English, both written and spoken;
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and develop team members for top performance;
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities, able to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Willingness to work on-site with a flexible, rotating schedule, including weekends when required.
